CONDITION
Both discs
All Labels: EXCELLENT
A clean, bright & unworn set with nothing more than a small collection of spindle trails around each centre hole.
Visually Both: EXCELLENT +
All playing surfaces are extremely bright and clean and retain all of their 'as new' deep-gloss shines with no dulling or 'bag-rash' to any side. Careful inspection in strong daylight reveals only one significant surface mark which is a non-feelable 2cm fingernail scuff on side 3. Closer examination highlights reveals little more than some barely visible wispy paper hairlines but certainly no further blemishes, or wear on any side, all of which lie 100% falt on the turntable when playing.
Play: 1. EXCELLENT - 2. EXCELLENT
Both discs have received only careful play on excellent equipment and have been well treated and handled by its original owner and my careful play check at volume found there to be no significant deterioration to the sound quality overall. There is a touch of light wear on track 1, side 1 and some minor background during the fade-in to 'Dear Prudence' but little else to fault there. Side 2 again has a hint of light background in the quieter parts and little wear to a few peaks in 'Blackbird' but nothing too distracting. The entire disc is however free from any clicks, pops, ticks or other such distractions. Side 2 has been played slightly less and apart from a touch of that normal/light background in some of the quieter passages, plays without any significant or major faults and again no annoying distractions.
Cover
VERY GOOD +
A clean & still fairly white example which displays some general handling & storagewear but no major faults. The front panel has a small crease towards the top edge but the number is clean 6 bold and the laminate is fully intact over the raised wording. There is some light wear to the top-opening edges themselves but no tears to any. The rear panel has some light storagewear rubbing but is also undamaged. The inside of the gatefold is clean & unmarked. There is some minor shelfwear to the corners but no heavy bumps to any. The only significant wear overall is the discolouration and splitting of the spine laminate but the wording is still readable. Both lower and side seams are smooth, unstressed & unsplit.
Poster
EXCELLENT
Clean & unhung with a few light handling wrinkles but no splits or tears to any of the folds.
Photos
NEAR MINT
Photo Protector
EXCELLENT
Inner-sleeves
VERY GOOD
Both a clean & flat with just the inevitable light disc impression and a single side seam split to each but no damage to the centre window or top edges.
