LP -Visual and Play
All 4 sides of the LPs have been not only visually examined, but also played on a quality deck and carefully listened to all the way through all tracks on all sides.

Side 1 - Some light surface scratches typical of those done by careless fingernails, so visually graded VG.  Play graded VG+/EX-  none of the surface markings were found to have any effect on the soundtrack.  Play of the whole side was excellent. I found one quiet click at the start of the first track and a second in the last track.  No hops, no jumps, no ticking or other background noises.  Side 2 - was very similar visually VG but play graded VG+, no ticks or clicks or other loud noises, a few faint crackles can be heard in some of the gaps between the tracks.  No noises detectable from surface marks on the vinyl.  Side 3 - a few short superficial scratches  so visually graded VG+  Play was Excellent, graded EX , no ticks, no clicks, no background noises, no jumps etc  On the whole side I heard just some faint crackles at the start of track Mother Nature's Son.  Side 4 - some surface scratches, visually VG  Play graded VG++  no ticks or other loud noises, no hops, just a few quiet clicks to be heard in the last track, and if you listen for it very carefully, there are some very faint clicks in quiet gaps between some of the tracks.

95 minutes of wonderful MONO sound, The MONO mix, which was done by the Beatles themsleves, has quite a number of small differences from the stereo mix done by the Apple engineers.  Details available on request.
