LPs
*Original 1st pressing from 1968
* "Sold in UK subject to..." printed on top of all LP labels (first press).
* Dark green Apple label
* Label number PMC 7067 and PMC 7068 ie MONO
* KT tax code on sides 2 and 4
* Mother/stamper stamps in the black vinyl are 2GMP, 2GAR, 2GGC and 3AG
* First matrix numbers on all sides ie XEX709-1, 710-1, 711-1, 712-1
* All tracks of all sides have been played, listened to, and play graded. Play gradings were from EX to NM-Detailed visual and play notes are at the foot of the page.

Outer Sleeve
* Original MONO sleeve by Garrod and Lofthouse.
* Excellent condition.
* Number stamped on the front of the cover 0293464.
* "The Beatles" embossed in the laminate on front cover.
* MONO cover - No writing of any kind on the back.
* No tears, no damage, no writing: a few small creases in the laminate, a few very light scuffs on the top opening edge and slightly off-white  at the bottom of the spine.
* Top-opening, first issue.

Poster
* Original lyrics poster.
* Made by Garrod and Lofthouse, correctly identified as such on the back/bottom right corner.
* Rated as Excellent-
* Completely intact, no tears, no damage, no writing. Two pinholes in the top two corners, slightly yellowing with age, only noticeable on the back. 
* No seam splits. 

 Black Inner Sleeves
* Original black Apple sleeves with 
matt black paper (with the hole diecut on just 1 side.)
* Excellent condition.
* Both sleeves are completely intact,  with no damage, no writing.  One sleeve has a small 1cm tear on the centre hole, the other sleeve a little scuffing around the centre hole. 
* No seamsplits.

Photos 
*Comes complete with 4 photos, one of each Beatle.
* Excellent condition with no damage, no tears, no writing, no pin-holes.

LP -Visual and Play
All 4 sides of the LPs have been not only visually examined, but also played on a quality deck and carefully listened to all the way through all tracks on all sides. 
Side 1 - Visually graded VG++  a few light superficial scratch marks on tracks 1/2; with my main stylus I got just one faint click, with a second light stylus a barely noticeable hop. The remaining tracks played a perfect EX at least with no hops, no sticks, no ticks and no background crackles.
Side2 - visually graded EX+++ just a few very faint scuff markings visible in bright light.  Play grading was nearmint- for the first half of the side fading to a faint background and EX in the latter half.
Side 3 -  Visually graded EX  two light circular scuffs on tracks 5/6 but these were found to have no effect whatsoever on the sound quality.  Play was graded EX+
Side 4 - Visually graded VG++ two small circular marks on track2 gave a few faint clicks on play that you would probably not have noticed unless you were listening for them.  The majority of the side played EX with no flaws noticed; just a hint of VG++ background noise at the start of Revolution 9.

95 minutes of wonderful MONO sound, The MONO mix, which was done by the Beatles themsleves, has quite a number of small differences from the stereo mix done by the Apple engineers.  Details available on request.
