The Beatles
Stereo White Album
This album was The Beatles FIRST release on the now famous Apple label. It was entered into the charts on the 7th of December 1968 and went straight to number one-where it stayed for 7 weeks! Making it the FIRST double album to get the top slot...EVER!
The rather unusual fact about this album is that it was the first release by The Beatles which contained only SOLO material.
By the time 1970 ended, the total sales of this wonderful album were estimated to be 6.5 Million! However...get this...The only other album that beat this a few years later was "Saturday Night fever" !!!

The Vinyl: NMint! Hardly played Gorgeous shiny vinyl.
Very nice-a simple joy to listen to.
The labels: NMint! All four of the labels are extremely bright and clean with only one or two spindle marks. "Mfd in the U.K." and "An EMI recording" text on all four sides.
Matrix Numbers: YEX: 709-3, 710-6, 711-1 & 712-2
"HTM" cut to side 1, disc 1.
The Cover: VG. It is the later 1973 pressing BUT THIS ONE HAS A NUMBER to the front..Stamped into it: 080905. It is side loading. There is some light discolouration as well as light marks to it and light ring wear.
STEREO to the back top right.
Light rubbing to the corners.
Inners: White. All in Near Mint condition, die-cut and poly-lined inners!
Pictures: The one downside is they aren't present (but you can get hold of these from Ebay, separately).
Poster: Not Present.
All in all the vinyl really is in tip top shape, as are the inners....the cover is VERY far from trashed-would sit proud in any collection.
