Description
This is a re-list as the winning bidder did not have enough money to pay. Please be serious and let the market determine it's value, Thank you. For your consideration, an investment grade US version of the Beatles White Album. As found, vinyl was in sleeves, but packed in middle of cover, a sales receipt was taped to one sleeve. The receipt is torn in half, but it is still there. Sold at Nichols of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania now a defunct store. This gives it a bit of provenance. The vinyl has perfectly clean unmarked labels, & no scratches or scuffs that I can see under bright light. The photos & poster were all in the center of gatefold. There is an extra photo sized glossy paper filler. The cover does show some grime, but the spine is crisp & sharp, as are the edges. There is one small crease to the upper center about an inch in length. This is a very nice record set. I never played or cleaned the records. Buyer to pay $4 media mail shipping.
On Jul-16-15 at 21:32:45 PDT, seller added the following information:While checking for centering on the labels I noticed on side 3, some blistering. Very slight, but evident. I would believe this was more than likely from the factory. I took some pictures & will send these to anyone interested in looking. I did not leave side 3 out on purpose, It just happened that way. Side 3 is the only label I can see this on. Also The vinyl looks to be pristine, but there may be a super slight spot here or there. I have not cleaned the vinyl. Please take this into your final bidding. I think it is super close to mint, but hesitate to say mint.
