Description
Here is a rarity that I have not seen before! This is a South African pressing of the White Album on the Parlophone label PCSJ 7067/8, stereo. Appears to be coincident with the Apple issue on white vinyl from 1978, I believe.
It has the same "Limited Edition White Vinyl" sticker as the Apple edition, although the sticker is black and white, while the Apple sticker has some color. The discs, however, are not white, but instead are a visually stunning clear vinyl. I have no explanation for the oddity, but you can be sure that there are not too many of these around.
Discs visually NM-, no scratches visible. Cover is NM- outside, laminated, sticker is perfect. The only printing on the outside is a small "stereo" on the back. Minor age spotting on the inside. There were no inserts included with this issue. Overall, a very nice copy of this odd issue.
