Description
Hi
My name is Rob and as my 100% feedback shows I am an avid collector as opposed to a seller.
My two passions are, anything related to The Beatles both records and memorabilia and Gum cards, mainly from the 60's.
However over the years in my quest to build a top end collection I have accumulated many duplicates in both RECORDS & CARDS.
I have now decided to list back on Ebay some of these items, so please add me to your favourites list to keep an eye out for what is coming.
Now as stated I am a COLLECTOR and not a SELLER and am proud of my 100% feedback record and wish to maintain it. So as not to disappoint I will describe these items to the best of my ability and will offer a FULL REFUND to anyone who is not satisfied with what I have stated. PROVIDING!! That all transactions are completed with satisfaction before NEGATIVE feedback is left.
I am a friendly and approachable person so please email me with any queries you may have, especially before NEGATIVE feedback is left.
NOW TO THE LISTING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
On Offer here is a is a FULL SET of 66 of the Incredibaly Rare "YELLOW SUBMARINE" Gum Cards issued by Anglo Confectionary Ltd in 1968.
These as ALL Beatles memorabilia or Gum Card collectors will know is one of the most Sought after Sets in Existence. They very, very Rarely surface for sale as single cards so to have the oppertunity to own a FULL SET in this condition is Amazing!!!!
The pictures on the front of these cards are very Evoticive of the "Flower Power" years of the late 1960's and are Beautifully Drawn and are very Bright and Colourful. The reverse when joined together form a large Montage of the Characters and of course The Beatles themselves. FANTASTIC!!!!!!!! I was only knee high to a grasshopper when these cards were issued but I can still vividly recall dashing to the newsagents on pocket money day and buying as many packets as I could at 6d each.
These cards will be amongst the Top 10 of MOST gum card collectors and would be a Great Addition to any Beatle memorabilia collection. They are GENUINELY only on offer for sale as I have aqquired another set in slightly better condition.
CONDITION!!!!!!!!!
I would grade the Cards as an overall 8+ out of 10 . The cards DO show signs of age but nothing too serious, though the Vast Majority are in Excellent+ Condition. I will list below the cards I consider need replacing to make a Top End Set.
The numbers are: 6 , 47 49 , 51 and 52 . So there you have it ONLY 5 Cards to replace for a Top Graded set.
So grab your chance to own a FULL SET of Cards from one of the Greatest Gum card sets there is to find.
These Cards are priced at £9.00 Each and £No Price for a Full Set in Murray Cards Ltd. Which just goes to show their RARITY. !!!!!!!!!
I will accept first time buyers as everyone has to start somewhere.I of course offer my standard FULL REFUND should for some reason the buyer feels I have incorrectly described the Item. That is how CONFIDENT I am that the buyer will NOT be dissapointed with their purchase.
HAPPY BIDDING & GOOD LUCK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Please look at my other listings as I am also offering the 4 "WRAPPERS" to this set, these are of course Much, Much Rarer than the Cards to find.
