THE BEATLES YELLOW SUBMARINE  Japanese limited edition translucent red vinyl MONO LP

Item sold as pictured (please see photos) and as described below.

Grading is conservative.

The cover grades as Good. Some creasing (creasing to the Obi as well), markings, ring wear. The cover is still intact

(no seam splits) and fully functional. A presentable example, complete with lyric sheet and Obi.

The lyric sheet grades as Fair (spotting, creases, staining).

VINYL:

visually: some spindle marks on both labels. A USED, pre-enjoyed copy, but not abused, either.

Audio grading: there is brief surface noise at the start of play on both sides.

Also, on Side 1, there is surface noise ('crackle' and 'static') between songs AND as songs fade and start up.

Once the songs get going, they play-grade between Very Good (VG) and Very Good Plus (VG+), with the music

to the forefront.

Given the above, I would grade Side 1 as Very Good overall.

On Side 2, intermittent 'crackle' and 'static' is present throughout. However, this side is still fully playable and enjoyable.

I would grade Side 2 as Very Good Minus (VG-) overall.

LP plays right through on both sides without 'sticks', 'skips' or 'jumps'. No nasty or distracting 'clicks' that I noticed.

Given that surface noise is audible between songs AND as songs fade and start on Side 1, and given that surface

noise is generally more present on Side 2, this is not a copy for the fussy collector. However, it's still a decent

playing copy despite its flaws.
