Description
This is an auction for a pair of vintage Beatles albums. Included is the very first one called Introducing The Beatles Englands No. 1 Vocal Group. The album is in excellent condition with only a couple of hairline scratches, it plays great! The right hand upper corner of the cover is bent a little bit, looks like it got dropped on the corner or something. This album has been stored with a plastic sheet cover on it. Looks like the mice were trying to bite through the corners. The songs include I Saw Her Standing There, Misery, Anna, Chains, Boys, Love Me Do on side 1 and P.S. I Love You, Baby It's You, Do You Want To Know A Secret?, A Taste Of Honey, There's A Place, and Twist and Shout. This is a VJ Vee-Jay Record. It has VJLP 1062 on the back. It says SR 1062 on the front.
The next album is The Beatles Yesterday And Today. I believe that this is a paste over number 2. You can see where the paper has been placed on the front and on the back. This is a Capitol record and is in excellent condition with only a couple of hairline scratches that don't affect the sound quality. It says ST 2553 on the front upper right hand corner. The album cover has a tiny bit of damage on the upper right hand corner just like the other one. It has also been stored with a plastic cover that the mice have tried to eat the corners. This album includes the songs Drive My Car, I'm Only Sleeping, Nowhere Man, Dr. Robert, Yesterday, Act Naturally on side 1 and And Your Bird Can Sing, If I Needed Someone, We Can Work It Out, What Goes On? and Day Tripper. It says RIAA on the lower right hand corner on the back along with the number 16.
