The G&L gatefold sleeve is in EX+ bar one crease on the bottom right hand side (see photo), other than this there is no real damage, with NO WRITING, NO RIPS, TEARS or RUBBING anywhere, but there is a tiny sticker on the top left hand corner (see photo). The spine is still sold with the writing still perfectly clear, and all four corners are still nice and square with only minimal feathering and curling, so often these covers turn up badly damaged on the front due to the thin gauge card used. On opening the gatefold cover all the colours are still bright and vivid and there is no writing or any other nasties, and the flip backs are still clean and securely fixed.
The vinyl is housed in its original 1964 UK "Use Emitex" die-cut sleeve which is in EX+ condition with no seam splits or writing, and just a small amount of yellowing.
Vinyl
The heavy vinyl still retains its just pressed glossy look and under bright white light there is only a handful of paper marks visible, and one tiny light scratch on "8 days a week" which does give a very light audible pop for approx 1/3 of the track. However this in no way distracts the listening pleasure of this great LP, and I must reiterate the pop sound is extremely faint. The Black & Yellow Parlophone labels are clean and writing and sticker free, and the spindle area only show evidence of occasional play.
GRADED EX++
Stereo copies of this album are few and far between, and to find one in this Truly Outstanding condition is a chance not to be missed!
