Description
Beatles please please me mono lp Parlophone PMC1202
Matrices XEX 421-1N and XEX 422-1N
The lp is graded vg+. It is clean, flat and very shiny. This copy has been pretty well kept. In normal light it looks great. Under bright light there are a couple of visible light marks that make no difference to the sound. There are no feelable marks and no skips, jumps or pops indeed there is barely any background crackle at all. There is a very slight hint of distortion towards the end of side two. It is not obvious or distracting but is there if you search for it.
The labels are graded ex-. There is no writing or stickers or tears. There are some spindle marks and a small amount of wear at the hole but otherwise fine.
The sleeve is graded vg+. It is very clean and tidy. There is some slight damage to the upper flip and a couple of light creases. The opening is crisp and free from feathering except for a little wear at the corners. overall this is a lovely cover.
This is not a perfect copy but it is a more than respectable one.
Dispatched with Royal Mail 1st Class.
