Description
The time has come for me to part with my 50 year old Beatles collection. This collection consists of LP's, 45's, picture sleeves, EP's, 12" singles, picture discs, sealed LP's, test pressings, acetates, promos, box sets, and CD's from the US and the UK. The collection also includes vinyl and CD's from John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Ringo Starr, and Apple artists. There are numerous rarities in this collection. The vast majority of the vinyl is in NM- to NM condition; I tried not to acquire anything with a grade below that, or attempted to upgrade, although a few of the extremely hard to find items I was unable to upgrade and they will have a grade below that. If you are a Beatles collector, be sure to bookmark me as the items I'll be listing will surely be of interest. Here we go; a splendid time is guaranteed for all.
The Beatles-"Happy Christmas 1969" two sided Flexi-Disc, produced by the Beatles Fan Club, manufactured by Americom H-2565, released in 1969. The playing surface is in NM- with one tiny crease all that's keeping it from a NM grade condition. However, as a rule, flexi-discs won't play with the same fidelity as a normal record. The picture sleeve (manufactured in the UK; I think they all were) is in VG+ condition with light general age wear, nothing serious. This is in overall great shape, especially considering it's age and format. Very scarce piece of Beatles memorabilia. This is much harder to find than you think.
