Description
The time has come for me to part with my 50 year old Beatles collection. This collection consists of LP's, 45's, picture sleeves, EP's, 12" singles, picture discs, sealed LP's, test pressings, acetates, promos, box sets, and CD's from the US and the UK. The collection also includes vinyl and CD's from John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Ringo Starr, and Apple artists. There are numerous rarities in this collection. The vast majority of the vinyl is in NM- to NM condition; I tried not to acquire anything with a grade below that, or attempted to upgrade, although a few of the extremely hard to find items I was unable to upgrade and will have a grade below that. If you are a Beatles collector, be sure to bookmark me as the vinyl I'll be listing will surely be of interest. Here we go; a splendid time is guaranteed for all.
The Beatles-"The Beatles Tapes", a 2 LP set, PBR International PBR-7005/6, released in 1978. This was released in both black and blue vinyl editions; this is the much scarcer blue vinyl pressing. Vinyl, VISUALLY graded by Goldmine standards, is in NM condition; there is a spindle mark or two on each label, so they were played but probably not more than a time or two. Cover is in VG + condition with some general age wear, nothing severe. No seam splits. Each member has a side, and the time frame (generally 1969 through 1971) was an especially tumultuous period for them. Rare piece of Beatles vinyl; this particular pressing is very hard to find in any condition.
