The time has come for me to part with my 50 year old Beatles collection. This collection consists of LP's, 45's, picture sleeves, EP's, 12" singles, picture discs, sealed LP's, test pressings, acetates, promos, box sets, and CD's from the US and the UK. The collection also includes vinyl and CD's from John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Ringo Starr, and Apple artists. There are numerous rarities in this collection. The vast majority of the vinyl is in NM- to NM condition; I tried not to acquire anything with a grade below that, or attempted to upgrade, although a few of the extremely hard to find items I was unable to upgrade and will have a grade below that. The Beatles-"Reel Music" LP, Capitol SV-12199, released in 1982. This is a limited edition gold vinyl promo pressing, number 4860 out of a total of 12,000 pressed. Vinyl, VISUALLY graded by Goldmine standards, is in NM condition; sometimes with colored vinyl it's hard to see marks and/or scratches, but I can't find any on either side of this. There are a couple of spindle marks on the labels so it was played but it was played very carefully and/or sparingly. Cover is in VG condition with some general age wear, nothing serious. The inner sleeve is partially split on one side and completely split on the other. The booklet is in NM condition. Overall a very nice piece of Beatles vinyl; this particular pressing is getting hard to find in any condition.
