The disc plays better than it looks, with audio performing loud and clear throughout

There are no loud clicks and both sides play without any skips or stalls

The vinyl still retains a very good gloss lustre in reflected light

However, there are numerous surface marks and lines, mainly caused by careless handling

Crackle is present throughout, moreso on side 2 but this tends to be overpowered once the track begins

Both labels are in good condition, with all silver text vibrant and undamaged

The 'Made in Gt. Britain' text is missing, as well as the misaligned Lennon-McCartney credit under Love Me Do and the missing closing bracket after McCartney on side 2

Eileen has inscribed her name in the push out centre on side 2

The correct, 1st issue paper sleeve is completely intact

All in all, a very nice example of this original release, not in top condition but still a very enjoyable copy

I have other Beatles items listed, please take a look

This auction ends on 30th December. If you pay then, I will post on 31st. There is no post on 1st January

PLEASE NOTE; International signed for postage from the UK has increased considerably. Items insured and sent in a secure mailer with stiffeners costs a minimum of £11.00 for a single and £15.00 for an album. I have set my charges at £9.00 for a single and £13.00 for an album, £17.00 for a double.
