Description
Beatles, Love Me Do, b/w P.S. I Love You, catalogue number (45-R 4949) in a Company Sleeve which is in very good condition with some creasing or marks as seen in the pictures or noted. Record: Has been played a fair amount and clearly shows surface marks which are likely to affect play in some way with background noise in most of the quiet parts & possibly the odd click but should not jump or skip. Any Other Details:Original first pressing, on the red and silver Parlophone record label. This is the version with Made In Great Britain on both sides. Matrix numbers 7XCE 17144-1N & 7XCE 17145-1N. The ZT tax code is stamped into the runout on both sides along with the letter P. In addition the B side also has the PT tax code embossed next to the spindle hole. This record has been listened to and on our record player it was close to excellent, the A side played without crackles, the B side has a few very light crackles near the end, there is a feelable mark. Both sides have a lot of usage marks, on the A side none are feelable except one on the run in. With the B side upper most the vinyl lays flat on a desk and turntable, with the A side upper most on a flat surface the edges are raised but it does not appear to be dished when held in the air, when placed on a turntable it appears slightly warped as it plays, the sound is not affected. Complete with its original sleeve which is the concentric ring triangles version, this is in very good condition with some creasing but no splits. The A side has a label removal mark
