Hard to find a better sounding copy than this one, with it's 'Loud Cut' matrices, producing a huge bass sound throughout most of the tracks. Subsequent corrections reduced the audio impact but this issue serves to highlight the exquisite bass playing and composing of Macca.

The Vinyl
Visually: Both sides have retained a superb deep gloss lustre - a few wispy hairlines, only visible in reflected light - this disc has been handled with care
Audio: Touch down from the stylus reveals near silence on the run in - the opening track bursts from the speakers with total clarity - all songs play loud and clear with near silent run ins - even the easily damaged 'Michelle' has no ' high end' blur on the chorus, so often found on this particular track - occasional faint background pop here and there (nothing much) - no skips or stalls - a wonderful copy

Top condition, with vibrant text - no spotting or writing - KT tax code embossed - usual spindle trails

The Cover
Very strong example, made from thick card stock and feeling firm - the front panel features the darkest colour toning, associated with first issues - a few wrinkles but much better than most originals - the flips are complete and in superb shape - lovely sharp corners - back panel has remained bright but does have some surface paper damage shown in the photos - the pinched ends spine is solid, with all text in perfect condition

The Inner Sleeve
Original polythene lined - very thick paper - 'patents applied for' - 'made in England' - near mint condition - name inscribed in one corner
