Description
Beatles,Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band,LP, Catalogue Number: (PMC 7027), Cover Details: Fully laminated gatefold sleeve with a Picture inner sleeve.
Cover Condition: very good condition with some creasing or marks as seen in the pictures or noted.
Record Condition: Has some light surface marks which should not affect play, these are mostly made from removing the record from the sleeve so should play through fine with no playback defects(no actual scratches or jumps/skips/sticks etc) and is acceptable to most collectors.
Any Other Details: Original first mono pressing on the black and yellow Parlophone Record Label with "The Gramaphone Co Ltd" and "Sold In U.K." label text. Matrix numbers YEX 637-1 & XEX 638-1. Stampers are side 1:- 3 MT& side 2:- 4 AM. Complete with insert which has a crease along the left side where it has probably been pushed into the gatefold too far. The sleeve is the rare wide spine pressing, made and printed by Garrod And Loft House Ltd. Overall the sleeve is in excellent condition. The spine is straight and legible both ends have surface tears of 1cm and the bottom corner has a small knock. There are a couple of small creases. This is a nice sleeve which has unfortunatly got a 8cm top seam split thus making it very good condition. The original red and white "Fools" inner sleeve has creases but no tears.
