Here is a rare 'stereo' first issue which not only features all the various errors associated with this initial release but also has all items in wonderful condition

The Vinyl

Visually: Exceptional disc, with beautiful deep gloss surfaces and apart from a few light lines, looks to have been handled with extreme care - best I've ever seen

Audio: Near silent track run ins - slight groove static - the rich stereo mix bursts from the speakers with total clarity - the gentle 'Till There Was You' sounds like Paul is in the room, singing live - all tracks play brilliantly

The Labels

Vibrant yellow 'Parlophones' - no damage or writing - KT embossed, centre, side 2 - as you can see from the close up photos, although there are spindle trails, they are very light and the centres are still fresh looking

Label errors (only seen on first issues): Willson credit on S1/T6 should be Wilson - S2/T3 'GOTTA' and Domion credit, should be GOT A and Dominion - S2/T7 Jobete credit should be Dominion Belinda

The Cover

Garrod and Lofthouse - although not perfect, this is a difficult cover to find in reasonable order - strong example with no tears or writing - front panel has the darkest shaded images of the band, lightened on subsequent issues - smooth with no indent lines but 'thumb' bends, spine edge creases and small laminate separation by Ringo's neck - spine is perfect - back is unmarked and undamaged but grubby and toned with age - flips are completely intact

The Inner Sleeve

Original 'patents applied for' 'made in England', thick paper, poly lined - top example
