With Original White Plain Paper Inner Sleeve, A Fold Long Poster Sheet, A Small Catalog of The Bong Load Releases, A Small Bong Load Label Logo Sticker Was Lost on This Copy.

Side A of The Disc is EX Minus, Side B is VG Plus, Sleeve is EX.
