Description
Up for auction is a lot of 2 box sets featuring works by Beethoven. All discs in very good+ condition. Boxes in fair condition and contain booklets with notes on composer, performers, pics and more. Booklets in excellent condition with some notes in pen inside.
The set on the left is titled Beethoven: Complete Sonatas for Piano and Cello featuring Mstislav Rostropovich on cello and Sviatoslav Richter on piano. Features sonatas for piano and cello nos. 1-5. 2 lp set on Philips Records 835 182/83. Imported from Holland.
The 2nd set is titled Beethoven: Sonatas for Piano and Violin featuring Clara Haskil on Piano and Arthur Grumiaux on violin. Covers vast array of works. 4 lp set 1967 Philips Records 6733 001. Imported from Holland.
These sets sound beautiful.
