Description
PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING
I combine shipping costs on multiple purchases. You will be charged the actual postage fee it costs me to send your things. If it is possible, I will combine your purchases into a single package and charge for that. However, with heavier items being posted outside the UK, this may not be possible because Royal Mail only carries a maximum of 2 Kilos. In this case I will divide your purchases up into lots weighing 2 kilos or less. Please bear in mind that I like to package items securely so they arrive safe at the other end, therefore this will add quite a bit to the weight on delicate items.
Due to my job requiring odd hours of working and sometimes a few days away from home, it will sometimes, but not always, be a few days before I can post your item. This is reflected in the Expected Delivery Date you see when buying. If you need something urgently, it is worth contacting me to see if I can give it priority.
Feedback other than positive harms business. Please contact me before leaving feedback, if there is something not right with your purchase. I do my best to describe things accurately, but sometimes there may be issues I am not aware of, I can't be an expert on everything! I am willing to sort out any issue that is due to a mistake of mine. I aim to have only satisfied customers, as I treasure the near 100% feedback that I have. These make it viable to keep my prices down. Many thanks
See below for grading system used. I have a large collection to list - won't have time to listen to them all the way through but will listen to a sample selection and will listen through any noticeable scratches to see if it affects playback.
This record I would grade EX, there is a visible scratch on side 1 but this plays through without any noticeable effect, and appearance is glossy. Surface noise is a about what you would expect from a 60 year old record, with minor pops and clicks, could benefit from a good clean. The sleeve I would grade EX- with minor corner bumps
Vinyl Grading System
Mint (M) – Absolutely perfect in every way. Never been played and usually sealed.
Near Mint (NM) – The record has been on a shelf between other records. The vinyl looks glossy and clearly has only been played a few times. There are no marks on the vinyl and the whole package is complete.
Excellent (Ex) – Same but I’d tolerate very light marks where the vinyl has been in and out of the inner sleeve a few times, or tiny signs of use generally.
Very Good Plus (VG+) – A few further faults are acceptable, but nothing that really compromises the record visually or audibly. A little rub, light inaudible marks, a little background crackle.
Very Good (VG) – It’s seen a bit of life, but is still usable. Light pops and clicks, an edge split, light visible scratches. You can still listen to it and enjoy looking at it, but it is visually and audibly USED.
Good (G) – To be honest you’re making trouble for yourself here, as Good means Bad. I’d only be selling something really desirable in this condition, with a bargain price and a full, no holds barred description to match.
