Description
The box show some very slight signs of wear at corners, but corners are intact and sharp and the box is sturdy, clean, and fresh. * records are near mint - no scuffs, no hairlines, glossy vinyl; plays perfectly.
Herbert Von Karajan, Berliner Philharmoniker Orchestra, Beethoven's Nine Symphonies. Reissue of the 1961-1962 recordings (Karajan's first recording of the Nine Symphonies with Berliner Philharmoniker; he later recorded them with Berliner Philharmoniker twice again in 1977 and in 1986, if I'm not mistaken).
Recorded at Jesus-Christus-Kirche, Berlin, in Dec, 1961 (First Symphony), Dec. 1961 - Jan. 1962 (Second), Nov. 1962 (Third and Fourth), March 1962 (Fifth and Seventh), Feb. 1962 (Eighth), and Nov. 1962 (Nineth).
