Beethoven.Concerto NO5 in E Flat op.73."Emperor" Emil Gilels with the Philharmonia orchestra conducted by Leopold ludwig.
Side 1. First movement.Allegro Side 2.Second movement.Adagio un poco mosso            Third movement.Rondo(Allegro-Piu allegro.
Cat no: SAX 2252. 1st press Columbia.
Vinyl: This rare LP is offered in fantastic condition with a like new shine and only the very faintest of light wispy traces of vinyl removal.Just one extremely light scratch which could possibly be from removal.I would guess this LP has hardly ever been played and is in remarkable condition for 62 years.I cannot play this as i do not have the equipment so this is a visual grading.
Labels: Iv'e looked and cannot see any spindle marks and i would guess this LP has only been played a couple of times if ever.The labels are in mint condition.   Sleeve: Front laminated Garrod and Lofthouse sleeve is in at least excellent condition with no damage and only an initial and very light mark top right to rear of sleeve.There is some discolouration to the rear and some light "foxing" and light corner "rub"
Altogether a superb condition LP which has very rarely been played.
