Beirut - Lon Gisland EP (2010) Pompeii Records Vinyl OOP
I have a new copy here of Beirut's "Lon Gisland" EP, which is only open because back in the day, I bought it online and requested that they ship the LP outside the sleeve to avoid seam splits. I ended up with 2 copies, and this one is destined for other shores. The shrink wrap is still pretty-much intact around it, and and it has been lovingly stored for years. No signs of shelf wear, perfectly tight corners and unplayed vinyl. Sound good?
I ship LPs in extremely-sturdy, oversize Whiplash mailers. These things are beasts. I prefer to ship the LPs outside of the sleeve as well, so that they don't cause seam splits. Should you have any special requests, just contact me and I can likely accommodate. Sorry for the Priority Mail - but I've had too many records lost in the last year to trust anything else but upgraded shipping with serious tracking.
Disclaimer: When buying new and unplayed vinyl, you receive the luxury of first listen and the best possibility of a pristine copy, with no wear or scars from a previous owner. However, every buyer runs the risk of discovering a defect from the factory, and when a record is new, but out-of-print, there is no easy remedy. While the chances aren't high, they aren't nothing and with this exchange, the buyer now assumes that risk (as I once did when I purchased it new, and do every day with my new/unplayed vinyl purchases too).
