Description
cover has some general wear. edge, light ring, and age wear. no splits or any major problem or damage. side A of record has visible pattern created by being in a prestige cellophane sleeve for over 60 years. these sleeve marks are not scratches. side a is overall, clean and glossy with audible surface noise throughout - underneath the music - but no pops, clicks, or any other jarring noise. there are also a few light surface marks. side B is clean and glossy and has only minor surface noise. a deep cleaning of the record a la VPI machine would no doubt enhance the listening experience. all in all, a decent copy. NOT a reissue. this is the original first 1956 mono pressing of this record.
