Benny Goodman and his Orchestra play "Your Mother's Son-in-Law" and "Tappin' the Barrell" on blue wax Columbia 2856-D. Billie Holiday sings the first side; it's her first record. Jack Teagarden sings on the second side. Classic sides.

This record is in V+ shape generally, with many small edge lams. On my equipment, the lams rustle lightly for about the first 25 seconds of the first side, and the first few seconds of the second side. Despite the lams, the record plays well and the music is outstanding.
