Description
This is a lot of 7 Benny Goodman albums. Each album has two records each. The three albums that show pictured records have records that are glossy and clean looking with only light scuffs and a few very light scratches. The exception to this is the album that is Volume VIII. Side C of this volume has more marks than any of the other records. Any marks on the records are very light. The labels of the three albums that have been opened are clean. The cover of Volume V has a one inch seam split in the bottom right hand corner of the second half of the gatefold cover. Volume VIII has a one inch split at the midpoint of the inside of the gatefold cover. There are some one eighth inch or less splits at the corners on the opening of the three volumes that are open. The three volumes that are open show corner wear, edge wear with a little paper loss, ring wear, a few small spot stains, and a few short creases on the perimeter. The other four volumes, which are Volumes III, IV, VI, and VII, appear to be still sealed. These four volumes that appear to be still sealed do have the shrink wrap slit completely across the top, so in effect they are not sealed but they appear to have never been out of the shrink wrap. Some of the slits in the shrink wrap extend downward along the spine or at the opening for a distance of a couple of inches or less. These four covers show a little corner wear, a little edge wear, ring wear, and some scuffing to the shrink wrap along with price stickers attached to the shrink wrap. There are a few bumped corners.
