Artist: Apollo Quartette ** Title: Tenting On The Old Campground ** Berliner 4264 ** Recorded April 1898 - Washington D.C.
Another of our early Berliners for listing. The record does have a moderate amount of surface noise from wear. However, the vocals come through despite that issue. Also, there are 3 or 4 forward groove skips apparent as the record plays. The record may have some issues in playing properly from the first few grooves. This well worn, collectible anyway should be played using a modern turntable with a low mass 78 rpm stylus and cartridge to prevent any further damage or wear. This item is still a cool collectible due to its age and musical content. The record will be shipped via USPS Media Mail to anywhere in the USA  without charge. We do not ship internationally. Sorry!
