Description
For sale in this lot are 4 very old records. All measure 7" across and I think all would be 78rpm given their age. I cannot test them for playability so description is from viewing only.
Individual descriptions :-
1. One blank side with REPRODUCED IN HANOVER stamped on it.
Playing side has "E.BERLINER'S GRAMOPHONE - Covered by English and Continental Patents."
"Trade Mark" with an image of a small angel holding a quill feather sitting on circular record grooves.
Stamped on right "2522". Scratched on left under trademark is the date 7- 2 -01 with "Chevalier" (not completely sure of spelling as handwriting is poor) scribed underneath.
Hand written scribed into record is the title "The Fallen Star" Sung by Louis Bradfield. London.
This record is very slightly warped and has a fair amount of wear and scratches.
2. One non playing side with large GRAMOPHONE logo on it (as in picture) with REPRODUCED IN HANOVER stamped on it.
Playing side has "E.BERLINER'S GRAMOPHONE - Covered by English and Continental Patents."

Stamped on right "2-2022" with "Comic" underneath. Stamped on left under trademark is the word "English".
Stamped on record is the title "Me Too, me too" Sung by Mr. Chas Foster. London.
This record is very slightly warped and has a fair amount of wear and scratches with chipping on one edge.
3. One non playing side with large GRAMOPHONE logo on it (as in picture) with REPRODUCED IN HANOVER stamped on it.
Playing side has "E.BERLINER'S GRAMOPHONE - Covered by English and Continental Patents."

Stamped on right "9119". Scratched on left under trademark is the date 12- 9 -00 with "Concertina" scribed underneath.
Hand written scribed into record is the title "Frangesa March" (not completely sure of spelling as handwriting is poor) played by Prof Maccann. (again not completely sure of spelling as handwriting is poor) London.
This record is very slightly warped and has afair amount of wear and scratches.
4. Record has been snapped in half and glued back together. Orange label with "ELECTRIC RECORDING" printed around top edge. Picture of a ship and "THE VICTORY" followed by the record info :- The Broadway Melody (From the film "The Broadway Melody") Sung by Jack Smithson 686.
The other side label is the same as above with printing - No 105 and "Band" printed on it, plus info on the recording "PETRONELLA" Played by The Victory Band 677. LONG PLAYING RECORD printed on bottom edge.
