Six 180gm vinyl LP box set. This release celebrates the Berlin Philharmonic's relationship with six legendary conductors who defined the chapters across it's rich history. All the recordings are newly half-speed mastered for an optimized sound with extended frequency range and reduced distortions, making this limited and numbered set a powerful proposition for audiophiles. Two legendary recordings new to vinyl: Abbado/Brahms, Boulez/Ravel. Individual sleeves adapted and inspired from the original artwork.
