Herbert "Bert" Jansch was a Scottish folk musician and founding member of the band Pentangle. He was born in Glasgow and came to prominence in London in the 1960s, as an acoustic guitarist, as well as a singer-songwriter.
Cover by Jules Halfant Notable as a Federal Arts Project artist during the Great Depression of the 1930s, Jules Halfant was part of the mural and easel division of the New York Works Progress Administration (WPA).  He was an active member of the Artists' Union in the 1930's and 40's, and was part of the 1977 commemorative exhibition:  "New York City WPA Art: Then 1934-43 and Now 1960-77". Halfant was responsible for the design of the catalogue for this exhibition as well.

Here is my grading scale of record:

10-Mint....Perfect record, clean gloss, no marks, beautiful in every way.  Very few records will make mint

9-Mint Minus....Very clean, only a few light marks.  A great record.

8-.......Condition between 7 and 9

7-VG+....Used, but not abused.  Light scratches only.  Should play, and look very nice with minimal surface scuffing

6-VG....Still a nice record.  Looks a bit used, light scratches.  no gouges, still plays well, some surface noise

5-VG minus......A bit rough but will play ok.  Fills the collections.

4-G......Plays very rough.  Has multiple scratches.  What a bargain!!!!!!!!!

3-2-1-......It only goes down from here

Here is my grading scale of jacket:

10-Mint....Perfect jacket, clean gloss, no imperfections noticeable.  Very few jackets will make mint.

9-Mint.....Very clean, not sealed but perfect in every way.

8-.........Condition between 7 and 9

7-VG+......Still a nice jacket.  Looks to be slightly used.

6-VG.............Condition between 5 and 7

5-Good.........Fills the collection.  Showing major wear.

4-Poor..........Very rough.  Showing extreme major wear and perhaps other deformities

3-2-1.........It only goes down from here
