Description

Big Bopper Chantilly Lace Original from 1958 on Mercury MMC 14008

Vinyl is in amazing condition. Play graded on my Rega Linn system. The sound is strong and plays exceptionally well, with no issues barely any audio noise even between tracks. Most records of this age and genre are battered this certainly isn’t. Side one track three there is a small pin prick mark this makes 4 light rotating clicks at around the 35 second mark and one not audible light hairline mark to side two track . That’s it really a really superb example of this rare Rock N Roll album

The sleeve isn’t in a bad state VG minus unfortunately the previous owner has hole punched the top right corner to hang the sleeve this has caused damage there’s two small punch marks to the front cover and another to the back. Please study the photos. The back cover has yellowed due to age the spines pretty sound with light rubbing the sleeve opening is a little baggy. Still in decent shape bar the corner damage.
