Big John Patton Let 'Em Roll Blue Note 4239 mono NY USA label

"New York USA" label and "Van Gelder" in the runouts both sides. No "P" aka "The Ear". "43 West 61st St., New York 23" address on back cover. "27 Years of Blue Note" sleeve included.
Record looks VG++/VG+ and plays nice VG++ Side 1 is free of marks or scratches. Side 2 has a light scuff and two very small light scratches at the end of side which cause one pop. There's some graying of grooves on both sides which causes some very light surface noise, audible on quiet parts. The record plays very well with the music strong and undistorted.
Cover is VG+.
Front cover has heavy ring wear and two small pieces of missing slick at the top, near the pocket. Back cover has moderate to heavy wear, date written in pen and not obvious staining near the spine. Top seam taped and probably split two inches at the pocket. Bottom seam and spine not split. Heavy wear on seams and spine, especially at the corners.
