Big Star #1 RECORD original US PROMO COPY 1972 Ardent Records ADS-2083. Condition is Used.

YEAR/LABEL: 1972 Ardent 

CONDITION – RECORD/SLEEVE: Cover is at least VG. There is a cutout on the promo sticker (common) and some wrinkling of the gloss- but no splits or tears. Top right corner slightly dinged. Overall this is pretty damn good condition for this particular pressing. ?DISC CONDITION UPDATE:

after receiving several questions about the disc I decided to play it again. While it appears VG, it plays rather nicely- no real pops and minimal crackling. However there are a few spots where it skips ahead. I don’t recall this happening at all on my Technics 1200, but it seems to happen on the first track of both sides.


NOTES: Seriously rare original US promotional press of this absolute power pop classic! Hate to part with it but I have a crappy re-press to fill the shelf while I deal with life stuff.
