The original American pressing of their second album. Ardent/Stax ADS-1501. Though officially released in early '74, the copyright date on both labels reads 1973. The first track, "O, My Soul" is credited as recorded in Mono.

The Vinyl is VG+.  "Mod Lang" is the only track that shows anything more than faint surface marks. I just played that song in its entirety and it tracks perfectly and I detected no substantial surface noise at all.   The matrix areas are etched:

Jacket is VG+. Seams/spine are intact and good.  The two right hand corners show just a tiny split at the edge, about half a centimeter/quarter inch. The front and back panels are still reflective and fairly clean, there is a little bit of ring wear and blemishing on the top front of the cover.  "Red Ceiling" art work is by noted US photographer Williams Eggleston.
