Description

Bill Evans 2LP version of The Village Vanguard Sessions on 1973 French Milestone Records, with the legendary bassist Scott LaFaro and Drummer Paul Motian. A lovely quality pressing on virgin vinyl. This is frequently described in Jazz histories and essays as the high point in the history of the Jazz Piano Trio, by some in the history of Jazz piano full stop. Never a dull moment, the interplay is magical from start to finish.  Two near mint 52 year old low plays lps in a near mint sleeve plays near mint. Owned by me for over 40 years
