Description

Original issue of the complete Bill Evans Live at Balboa Jazz Club, Volumes 1 - 3 on the Portuguese label Ivory ILP 3000, 3001, 3002. All three records and covers are in near-new condition. This is a recording of the entire performance from a December 12, 1979 engagement with Evans' last trio. Many critics view it as his best, surpassing even his collaboration with Scott LaFaro. Personnel includes Marc Johnson and Joe LaBarbera.
