Description

This is the original deep-groove pressing of Bill Evans “Everybody Digs Bill Evans” on the small (3 ½”) blue and silver reel-logo labels of Riverside RLP 12-291.  Although the playing surface is in excellent condition visually – with a high luster – there are very occasional non-repetitive light tics.  The second issue non-laminated cover is clean throughout.  The top left corner of the back slick is inscribed: “Jose – So good to meet such an informed and dedicated fan.  Happiness in music always.  Bill Evans -79”. 

Personnel include Sam Jones and Philly Joe Jones.
