Media condition: VG+  slight warping, a few minor scratches, plays and sounds great, play tested, a clean copy.
Sleeve condition: VG+  a few minor seam wear & corner dings, a faint light brown stain on front/back bottom left corner, still in shrink wrap, pretty clean overall.
