I use the calculator except when Flat Rate is appropriate and stand by the calculator totals as the highest Shipping & Handling that will be charged. You should be able to determine what your shipping and handling costs will be (before you bid) by using the tools e bay has provided. Since estimating size and weight of the packaging for items is not an exact science, sometimes additional shipping and handling may be charged. I try to ship items out within 48hrs of cleared payment.
I offer satisfaction guaranteed on all items I list, with the exception of those that have "as is" stated in the listing description. Simply let me know of the problem, return the item, and when I receive it your purchase price will be refunded. That is the cost of the item, I will not refund to you the cost of original shipping. In the case of damaged or misrepresented items I will pay for the return shipping. However, if you just change your mind you will have to pay for the return shipping.
I list a wide variety of items both new and pre-owned, most on consignment. Quality of product and service is important to me. All pre-owned items are carefully inspected and any problems disclosed in the listings, with photos when practical. Many photos are used in most of my listings, as I am a true believer in a picture saying a thousand words. I do not in any way attempt to cover up flaws in my photos, but will sometimes use photo enhancement to show details. Questions from potential bidders are welcomed and encouraged, and I try to respond as soon as I see a question or comment in my alerts.
Please use the eBay provided communications tools to contact me, Its easy for me to overlook emails in my inbox. You will get a much quicker response if you stick to contacting me on Ebay.
