A rare chance to own one of the rarest audiophile LP's that almost never comes up for sale at any price. This was a super cool promo LP that Mobile Fidelity made for their dealers and employees only in the early 1990's. It has a hand stamped numbered (#247) label on one side of the record label only (the other side is blank). The 200 gram virgin vinyl record comes in a rice paper sleeve and a plain while cardboard cover. You also get one half of the original gate fold sleeve that was cut (I am guessing) to cut down on the bulk. The record itself is highly sought after in its original release as it sounds spectacular and is from the original MONO session tapes. The vinyl is Near Mint and has a killer warmth and dynamic range. What is not to like? Check my feedback for great service and strict grading of high quality vinyl. This has been cleaned on a pro VPI 17F record cleaning machine which vastly lowers the noise floor and improves the sound of any record dramatically. While eBay requires us to post Media Mail at $4 I highly encourage any US buyer to pay $6 extra and use Priority Mail as it is a much faster service and records get much better treatment during shipping. Media Mail can also be very slow at times (up to two weeks) while Priority Mail is 2-3 days anywhere in the US. No hassle return policy.
