Mega Rare LP of Billie Holiday - Lady in Satin (Columbia CL-1157 - mono) Original 1950's 6-Eye White promo labels with deep groove on both sides. One of Lady Day's definitive LPs is an acknowledged classic that no serious jazz collector can be without.
The LP is in VG+ condition with marks that will make some noise - not for the audiophile, but certainly not trashed either - actually really nice for an LP of this vintage. The cover is in VG+ condition with some general age/shelf wear and some clear tape on the top and bottom seams, but NO writing, NO stickers, NO stamps. NOT perfect, but how many of these rare pressings do you see anymore in any condition?
The LP will be carefully packed using professional materials (over twenty years experience safely selling jazz LPs around the world). Mailing costs as calculated below to a U.S. address. Overseas winners will be quoted the appropriate mailing rate at the close of the auction. Shipping discounts available for multiple items sent together.
Paypal accepted or write for other payment options. Serious bidders only - payment must be received in ten days from notification. All items are guaranteed upon return in condition sent, but mailing costs are NOT refundable. Thanks for your interest and good luck.
