Description
M-/VG+ (record/cover)
Notes: See photos for album cover and inner sleeve description.
Record will be shipped in a sturdy box with vinyl outside of the album cover, in a clear plastic inner sleeve, to prevent seam splits.
Vinyl Grading:
Mint: Only sealed records are considered mint.
M-: No scratches and clean inlays. This would leave one wondering if it's been played.
EX: Looks great, sounds new. Can have scratches/nicks, but silence or near silence is expected, even between songs.
VG+: May have some light scratches/nicks. Very little change to sound quality. If there is any light crackling, it is only heard between songs.
VG: Has alot of scratches. May have effect on sound quality. The primary example is crackling that can be present on quieter sections.
G+: Scratches cover the entire record. Usually the scratches are light and the record can sound fine but skips are a possibility.
G: Record is not playable or barely playable.
Jacket Grading Standards:
M: Sealed, no storage wear.
EX: Slight storage wear such as minor ring wear or some rubbing on the edges of the jacket. Frame worthy.
VG+: May have small imperfection such as creases to the binding, and slightly bent corners.
VG: May have imperfections such as ring wear, writing on the cover, price stickers or sticker residue, damaged corners, and creases.
G+: Has imperfections such as ring wear, writing, tears, and seam splits. Not a great sleeve for collectors.
G: Lowest grade. Not a great sleeve for collectors. Can have mold.
NA: The record does not have an original jacket. If there is a jacket, it is simply a random replacement such as a Beethoven record.
