The Seller is the Original Owner and received this LP as a promotional copy from the label at the time of its release. 

The album is still sealed in its original shrink wrap. The vinyl disc has never been taken from its sleeve and has never been played. It is assumed to be in Mint condition.

The cover is in excellent condition.  It is given a VG+ rating because there is a cut corner.  Please zoom in on the provided photos to see the overall condition of this item.

(Wikipedia Excerpts)  Billy Joe Shaver (August 1939 – October 2020) was an American outlaw country singer and songwriter.  In 2019, Shaver received the Poet's Award from the Academy of Country Music to honor his achievements in songwriting.

This is Shaver’s second record on the Capricorn label.  Produced by Emmylou Harris' husband at the time, Brian Ahern, the album features Emmylou Harris, Rodney Crowell, Ricky Skaggs, Willie Nelson, Nicolette Larsen, Neil Young's producer and pianist David Briggs, his steel player Ben Keith, guitarist James Burton, harmonicat Mickey Raphael, drummer Karl Himmel, bassist Norbert Putnam, Randy Scruggs and others.

The Seller was in the retail record business in the 1970's-1980's and acquired a collection of 2500+ albums from that era, which is now being sold on Ebay. Most are promotional and collectible LPs which have never (or seldom) been played. Many are white label promos, first pressings, and often factory sealed. The collection has been securely boxed and stored in a smoke free environment since 1983, 39 years!  Please check back occasionally to see my new listings. I add approx. 25–50 new LPs per week.

Grading methodology is as follows:

M (MINT) - Album is brand new, sealed, and has never been played.

NM (NEAR MINT) - Vinyl looks as if you just got it home from a new record store and removed the shrink wrap. LP cover may have some light rub marks.

 VG+ (VERY GOOD PLUS) - Vinyl may show some signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect one's listening experience. Sleeves will have some slight wear, lightly turned corners, or a slight seam split. May have slight signs of wear also may be marred by a cut out hole, sawcut, or cut corner indicating it is a promotional copy.

VG (VERY GOOD) - Vinyl has light wear, scratches, or scuffs. Covers may be marred by writing, or have tape or stickers (or their residue) attached, etc.

Seller ships domestically within the United States via United States Post Office Media Mail with tracking. This is the most economical option. Seller will insure packages valued above $30. Insurance does not cover missing packages after they have been delivered to the buyer's address, only damage or loss during shipping. Warping could occur if vinyl records are exposed to heat and direct sunlight, so please make adequate arrangements to safely receive your packages.  If Buyer prefers a faster shipping service, please contact the Seller before completing the transaction to discuss options such as Priority Mail. Per USPS, Priority Mail packages are delivered in 1-3 days.
