Description
The Billy Taylor Trio on a SHORTY-TUNES 12" LP record.
SHORTY-TUNES was a radio trnascription service of the Standard Radio Transcription Services record company of Chicago that went into business in 1954.
Jazz piano trio.
Original USA pressing in MONO with Deep Groove labels.
Record is VG++ at least. Actually, the few minor marks are in the deadwax / center margin - the actual playing surface looks Near Mint). There's grease pencil markings in the deadwax also which I guess indicate where track(s) start (former owner was a jazz radio DJ). Labels as shown. No cover; didn't come in a cover, it came in a brown paper sleeve which is included (typical wear for its age) and of course that's now in a clear plastic sleeve.
All records are original USA pressings - not recent reissues - unless noted. Check out our Grading / Condition info. Items have no writing, stamps, stickers, drillholes, or other noteworthy defects unless specifically noted otherwise, or shown in photos.
