Description
This is one of the most unique records you'll ever find. The label reads "Music from 'The Star-Maker' With sincere good wishes to my fellow Paramounteers of 1930-40" and is machine signed by the star of the movie, Bing Crosby.
The runout is hand-scripted and reads "Bing Crosby Medley from Paramount's "Star-Maker" 78 rpm Ser. #244 Paramount Prod. 1228-89.
This is a one-sided recording. The back side is very ornate with RCA VICTOR and the logo written around the center, against a background of decorative black scrollwork.
It comes with the original paper sleeve that reads "Paramount Convention 1939 -1940, It's Our Year!"
This was too special to throw away, but it is very warped and not playable. You decide if it's worth having.
