Description
As an ebay seller from its earliest days I've not sold here for some years, however, as a collector and sometime trader, it has meant I've amassed quite a few gems, for when this time came to sell again. Please look at my other auctions for more great records from all kinds of genres.
Here's a fine original early 50's issue of an absolute jazz milestone. This is a rare and original UK MONO 33rpm 10 inch LP by Charlie Parker and Dizzy Gillespie on the Columbia Clef label. Catalogue number 33C 9026 deep microgroove pressing.
Grading VG+/EX-. From the photo's I hope you can see how well this copy has survived its 60+ years. The vinyl has a strong sheen with only the lightest of paper marks, really nice. The labels have very light spindle wear, a very well looked after copy. Light wear and aging on the sleeve, with some very light creasing on the scaloped flipback sleeve corner. Amazing David Stone Martin art. Overall a really fine copy, that any collector/collection would be proud of.
