Description
This is a near mint condition, original John Foster & Sons Ltd. Black Dyke Mills Band "Yellow Submarine" 45. It was issued by Apple Records and manufactured by Capitol Records Canada in 1968. This single has "Yellow Submarine" on the a-side and "Thingumybob" on the b-side. Both sides were produced by Paul McCartney. The label is a standard Apple Records (see photo). There are no stickers or writing on the label. This record comes in a special Apple Records coated paper sleeve. It has had one owner, a former record company executive who has had it filed away since 1968. This is one of the most sought after Apple singles, as it was produced in limited quanties and was never a mass appeal hit record.
