Description

This is a Black Flag - Everything Went Black :Previously Unreleased Recordings 1978-1981 double LP  put out  by SST Records of Lawndale California in 1982,SST 015. I am not a fan of the goldmine record grading scale many use.I use a 10 scale. On a 10 scale the vinyl and jacket is an 8.75.Were it not for two or three pops on side 3 I would've given this a 9. The jacket has some minor wear at corners, near lower corners and a small crease at lower right front. First off ,since this is a double LP it's shipping weight is around 1 pound 5 ounces. That means depending on shipping method and how far you are from me,your shipping price will be .50 cents to 5 dollars higher than what is stated at bottom of this paragraph. OK, Black Flag was sued by the label that put "Damaged" out,Unicorn. They were not allowed to use the Black Flag name (and The Bars on front cover) on any SST record/tape the band was part of till the lawsuit was concluded. SST had some great unreleased early Black Flag stuff (pre  Henry Rollins)available,so they put Everything Went Black out with the bars whited out on the front cover and Black Flag whited out on the back cover. This is one of those originals. I bought this in Cocoa Florida the day it hit the record shelf 82.You get side 1 with Keith Morris on vocals, side 2 with Ron Reyes on vocals & later part of side 2 with Dez on vocals, side 3 Dez on vocals and side 4 band commercials (which are good). This is the foundation of American Hardcore and it still kills ants on contact. The songs are: Keith: Gimmie Gimmie Gimmie, I Don't Care, White Minority, No Values, Revenge, Depression, Clocked In,Police Story, Wasted, Ron: Gimmie Gimmie Gimmie, Depression, Police Story, Clocked In,My Rules, Dez: Jealous Again, Police Story, Damaged I, Louie Louie, No More, Room 13, Depression, Damaged II, Padded Cell ,Gimmie Gimmie Gimmie and band: Crass Commercialism. . I will combine shipping and ship as cheap as possible by weight.Payment via Paypal or Cashiers Check. If you buy more than one item from me I will ship everything together and base shipping charges on the weight of the total package. I will ship all over the world. Let's expand on that since ebay wants a disclaimer now on shipping out of the USA.  You need to know the customs rules of your own country. You have to pay the fees, tariffs, etc if there are any when the item gets to your country. Customs forms have to be accurate as well.  I will send stuff First Class at your risk, your decision.  First Class is untracked and uninsured.Well,it is somewhat trackable as to where/when it leaves the USA,but things can get sketchy when trying to use tracking number in your home country. That means if the package is lost, due to there being no/minimal tracking,it is more or less impossible to find. Even more important is that there is no insurance on it,so if it is lost your refund money is lost. No refund on lost First Class packages. Think hard about shipping Priority. It is more expensive (way more in some cases),but tracked and insured. So,even if the package was lost you get your money back. You have to decide if the risk of First Class is worth the money you save on shipping. That is up to you.   Media Mail in the US is $2.53US Priority is $5.80US. Canada First class is $10.55US  Priority is $28.25US. UK/Europe/South America First Class is $16.75US  Priority is $42.00US. Japan/Pacific Rim First Class is $16.75US Priority is $42.50US. Australia First Class is $16.75US Priority is $39.95US.Other countries of similar location will have similar shipping prices.  Priority is best, tracked and insured. I repeat,First Class is at you own risk. It is untracked(minimally tracked),so if the package is lost your refund money is lost.Having said that First Class has been doing sorta OK of late. There are horror stories of lost records though. You don't want that to happen to you.Thanks.
